Before entering the M&A space, Bob spent over 30 years designing, operating, and growing companies across engineering, manufacturing, industrial systems, energy, and service-based industries. His experience spans geotechnical and mechanical engineering, hazardous waste systems, HVAC, life safety operations, and software-driven businesses. He has led teams in the field, managed full P&L responsibility, driven product development, and built sales and marketing strategies that produced measurable growth.

Bob has a proven track record of scaling businesses—from expanding a 14-person engineering firm into an 80-person operation within eight years to rapidly increasing sales pipelines in highly technical environments. Because he has personally built, sold, and operated complex businesses, he brings a practical, detail-oriented lens to every engagement.
